Information Tares Does Not Collect
Tares does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, browsing history, or device identifiers.
Tares does not collect the puzzle boards or words you enter into the app. Board analysis happens on your device.
Information Stored on Your Device
Tares stores limited information locally on your device so the app can work as expected. This may include:
Selected language
Board appearance preference
Recommendation mode preference
Hard Mode preference
Trial analysis usage count
Purchase entitlement state provided through Apple's App Store systems
This information is used only for app functionality. It is not sent to MK Engineering LLC.
Tares may use Apple's local storage technologies, including UserDefaults and the Keychain, to remember preferences and trial usage.
Purchases
Tares offers an optional one-time Pro unlock. Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store using Apple's StoreKit system. MK Engineering LLC does not receive or store your payment card details.
Apple may provide Tares with purchase entitlement information so the app can unlock Pro features, restore purchases, and recognize eligible prior purchasers. Apple's handling of purchase and account information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

If you email support@mk-engineeringllc.com, MK Engineering LLC will receive the information included in your message, such as your email address, message content, and any diagnostic details or screenshots you choose to send.
